🛏 Bespoke Pull-Out Van Bed

Our pull-out van beds are handmade to order and built to fit your van perfectly.

Each bed is fully hand sanded, with rounded edges and slats for a smooth, comfortable finish. We use quality timber to keep the frame strong and sturdy while remaining lightweight.

The slats are made from 21mm redwood, which is significantly thicker and stronger than standard bed slats — built for everyday camper use.

📐 Bespoke sizing included

All of our beds are completely bespoke and built to suit your van layout.

We use three simple size bands to keep pricing clear, covering everything from compact setups through to full double beds. These price bands include bespoke sizing, so you don’t need to worry if your measurements aren’t exact.

If your bed falls between sizes or you’re unsure which option to choose, just select the closest size — we’ll confirm everything with you before we build.

If your required size is larger than a standard double, please get in touch for a custom quote.

🚐 Van-specific adjustments

Adjustments can be made to work around wheel arches or other obstacles.

🧱 Construction & boarding

Our beds are designed for strength, durability, and practicality.

If boarding is included with your bed, we use 18mm ply on both ends and add drop-down cupboard doors to the front, giving you useful storage access underneath.

🎨 Finishes

We offer a wide range of finishes, including:

Vinyl

Buffalo board

Pine (instead of ply)

🧺 Drawers

Drawers can be added to your bed for extra storage.

We use heavy-duty runners rated up to 120kg, making them ideal for camping gear or outdoor dining setups ☀️

🛋 Cushions & mattresses

Mattresses can be made to suit your comfort preferences.

Our most popular option is a 4" mattress, made up of:

2" firm foam

2" soft foam

However, any foam combination or density can be made.

Upholstery options include:

Standard waterproof

Scratch-proof waterproof

Soft fabrics

Faux leather (plain or diamond stitched)
